The iPhone 4S available in 3 different ROM capacity size: 16Gb ($199), 32Gb ($299), and 64Gb ($399) with two color option, black and white. Except the ROM capacity, all iPhone 4S models has a same hardware specification like detailed in table below. In design, iPhone 4S is not much different with iPhone 4. Apple offers no design overhaul.
Apple upgraded the phone's camera from a 5-megapixel sensor to an 8-megapixel sensor, though, and the iPhone 4S will use the same dual-core A5 chip that the iPad 2 does. Watch the hardware and camera review below to see the iPhone 4S camera comparison.
4G capability? Forget it--Apple isn't going that route this time -check Motorola DROID RAZR 4G for 4G phone option-. We already knew about iOS 5 and its features for a while, but the inclusion of the Siri voice-activated software was a nice surprise.

iPhone 4S Hardware + Camera Review
iPhone 4S Speed Test: AT&T vs Verizon Wireless
iPhone 4S CNET Editor's Review:
The good: Apple's iPhone 4S has a faster processor and an upgraded camera, all the benefits of iOS 5, and a useful and immensely fun voice assistant. Call quality on the Sprint model is admirable, and the data speeds, while certainly not 4G, get the job done.
The bad: It's about time we get a larger screen.
The bottom line: The iPhone 4S isn't the king of cell phones, but it's part of the royal family nonetheless. Even without 4G and a giant screen, this phone's smart(ass) voice assistant, Siri, the benefits of iOS 5, and its spectacular camera make it a top choice for anyone ready to upgrade.
The HTC Rezound for Verizon Wireless combines power with art, emphasizing its beautiful 720x1280-pixel display and Beats audio technology together with its 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 32GB out-of-the-box storage space. With Verizon's 4G LTE network, the Rezound can download content from the Internet as fast as it can process a file or shoot 1080p HD video. The HTC Rezound also equipped with Micro-USB/MHL port, that means it can be hooked up to an HDMI adapter so you can watch your phone's videos on the big screen.

CNET Review:
The good: The HTC Rezound has a gorgeous 4.3-inch 720p HD display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and Verizon's 4G/LTE speeds. It ships with a pair of Beats earbuds along with a Beats Audio algorithm designed to enhance audio quality.
The bad: The HTC Rezound is quite bulky and call quality could be better. The Beats Audio software can only be toggled in the Music app.
The bottom line: While it may have a hefty build, the HTC Rezound's beautiful display, commendable performance, and multimedia-rich features make it a top phone for Verizon customers.
Motorola DROID RAZR 4G for Verizon Wireless is the thinnest LTE 4G handset on the market, coming in at a slim 7.1mm in thickness (thinner than the iPhone 4S). It features a dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB RAM, running Android 2.3.5 OS, a 4.3-inch qHD (540 × 960 pixels) resolution Super AMOLED Advanced touchscreen, and a 1080p HD capable 8 megapixel camera and support for 1080p HD video recording, also equipped with a 1800mAh high capacity battery to ensure a good endurance.. In other words, it's got everything - even Gorilla glass and a Kevlar rear cover.

But do not rush, make sure you want this Verizon Phone. Because with Verizon iPhone 4 you will not able to use any data transfer like browsing, using Google maps or any activities using data connection when you're calling someone. Since AT&T using GSM Network, you will able to do all that things with AT&T iPhone 4. Other Bad news if you are on your way to buy the Verizon iPhone 4 is this smartphone will not support Verizon's 4G LTE network because for now only laptop users were able to use that Verizon's feature.
But of course Verizon's iPhone 4 also has an excess compared with the other. Hotspot feature for example, with Verizon iPhone 4 you will have a personal hot-spot phone that can support up to 5 devices. You can use your Verizon iPhone 4 as a hotspot device through USB cable, Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi (you were able to use all three methods at the same time). You can use this hotspot feature with paying $20/month addition for 2Gb data and $20 again for each gigabyte after you exceed your 2Gb quota.

If this is not phone you're looking for, maybe you'll find your "phonemate" in Verizon HTC Thunderbolt or Verizon Motorola DROID X MB810.

In previous post, I have a little review about HTC Thunderbolt for Verizon. In this post I will tell you a good news and more specification details about Verizon HTC ThunderBolt ADR6400 (HTC Mecha).
Verizon Tweet: Many have waited for the Verizon #iPhone. Some looking for the #4G #LTE HTC #Thunderbolt. May be sooner than we expected!
Yup, That tweet come from official Verizon account on Twitter. HTC has been rumored to launch on February 24th. But after that tweet, Thunderbolt fans hope HTC Thunderbolt will be available on the market sooner than rumored. Although Walmart Wireless indicate that HTC Thunderbolt will be launched on February 24th, and release date miss is not Walmart habit. Thunderbolt will go for $249 on a 2-year contract, $329 on a 1-year contract and $599 straight.

Motorola Droid X.

Call quality and cellular reception was excellent, and I experienced no dropped calls in my testing period. Like the iPhone 4 and Nexus One, the Droid X utilizes multiple microphones to help with noise cancellation.
Motorola DROID X MB810 / Droid Xtreme (Motorola Shadow) equipped with many useful, powerful and resizeable widgets on its homescreens, those widgets are toggle switches (airplane mode, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc), calendar, contact quick task, date and time, news, messages, photo slideshow, social networking + status update, and weather.
With a Texas Instruments 1GHz OMAP CPU and 512Mb RAM, Motorola DROID X MB810 / Droid Xtreme (Motorola Shadow) make your browse and multitasking experience run smooth without slowing down the device. Motorola Milestone X has a unique feature when you use its 720p 1280x720 video recording. You can focus to record the sound of people in front of camera or sound of person behind the camera by switching the Scene in the camcorder application, there are 3 options microphones for recording.
But still, this gadget are not Better than Motorola Atrix.
